I've worked with early stage founder-led brands through to multi-billion dollar corporates, and across pretty much every job function in the sector. This gives me a rare understanding of how each role and department connects, what it takes to build teams where skills and personalities complement each other, and how to find someone who can collaborate across a business rather than operate in a silo.
